
OMG I just binged and ive never done that before
idk what came over me, probably because I didn’t eat a lot before that today but I just ate so much crappy food that I would never normally even eat: food that I don’t even really like but I just like needed junk. but I won’t let this deter me. I know I just backtracked at least a week by eating so much bad food today but I’m just gonna start back on my diet in the morning. I feel like shit mentally and physically now so I won’t let myself do this again. I must lose this weight.
